Si n\u00e9cessaire le partenaire peut reconvertir les ceps en euros (frais de reconversion 1%, frais suspendus pour le moment), <span lang=\"fr-FR\">mais il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable qu&rsquo;il fasse circuler les <\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\">c<\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\">ep<\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\">s<\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\"> en se fournissant lui-m\u00eame chez d&rsquo;autres partenaires adh\u00e9rents<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\">Une<a href=\"http:\/\/monnaielocale-cep.org\/?page_id=32\"> liste des partenaires<\/a>, r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement mise \u00e0 jour, est disponible sur papier et sur internet<span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 align=\"center\"><span style=\"color: #7e0021;\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><i>Comment l\u2019association fonctionne-t-elle ?<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\">L\u2019association \u00ab\u00a0le CEP\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0a con\u00e7u et \u00e9dit\u00e9 les coupons, elle g\u00e8re la monnaie sans subvention.<br \/>\nTous les membres du CA sont<strong> des b\u00e9n\u00e9voles<\/strong>.<br \/>\nEn janvier 2018 (soit 9 mois apr\u00e8s le lancement de la monnaie) l\u2019association compte plus de 200 membres dont 85 partenaires.<br \/>\nElle fait partie du<strong> r\u00e9seau national des monnaies locales compl\u00e9mentaires citoyennes<\/strong> (MLCC)<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"fr-FR\">L<\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\">es<strong> coupons<\/strong><\/span><strong> <span lang=\"fr-FR\">sont<\/span> <span lang=\"fr-FR\">s\u00e9curis\u00e9<\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"fr-FR\"><strong>s<\/strong>,<\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\"> ils sont tous num\u00e9rot\u00e9s et comportent un hologramme.<br \/>\n<\/span>Environ 10 000 ceps sont en circulation actuellement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\">Les euros \u00e9chang\u00e9s constituent le<strong> fonds de garanti<\/strong>e qui peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour financer des projets locaux solidaires.<br \/>\nUne partie du fonds de garantie est d\u00e9pos\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de la structure <a href=\"https:\/\/terrescitoyennes.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Terre citoyennes albigeoises\u00a0<\/strong> <\/a>qui f\u00e9d\u00e9re des initiatives et construire ensemble la r\u00e9silience alimentaire de l\u2019Albigeois, une autre et confi\u00e9e \u00e0 la <span class=\"conduit_medium\">la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lanef.com\/\">NEF<\/a> une coop\u00e9rative financi\u00e8re qui offre des solutions d\u2019\u00e9pargne et de cr\u00e9dit orient\u00e9es vers des projets ayant une utilit\u00e9 sociale, \u00e9cologique et\/ou culturelle.<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"left\">Les monnaies locales sont <strong>un moyen l\u00e9gal de paiement<\/strong> (loi de l\u2019\u00e9conomie sociale et solidaire du 31 juillet 2014).<br \/>\nLe CEP est la 37\u00e8me monnaie locale en circulation en France, une trentaine sont en projet.
